Player MUST attend ALL scheduled tryout dates for their age group.
Players should wear white T-shirt, soccer shorts and socks, and bring an inflated ball, shin guards, cleats and plenty of water. Pleasedo not wear your travel or rec uniform to tryouts.

You must complete ALL of the following according to the time table to insure you keep your roster position.

EMAIL: It is important that each family maintains their current email information. This is our main means of communication.
To update your information, go to Edit My Account (bottom left tab on home page), sign in and your family information is shown. Be sure to change all records to reflect correct information.
June 21st, 2015 around 7:30 PM-- date that all tryout registrants will be emailed acceptance status.
June 26, 2015 5-7 p.m. Bedford Middle School - Acceptance Paperwork Submission:-- all materials must be turned in. If you are waiting until July 1, 2015 to accept because of Premier, your materials must still be turned in. See item #4 below for more information
July 1, 2015:Deadline to accept position and deadline to pay the first $515.00 installment.
October 1, 2015: Deadline to pay the second $515.00 installment.
2. REGISTRATION ACCEPTANCE:
You will be emailed a link to register your acceptance or decline and pay your first installment.
You have until July 1, 2015 to accept, register and pay.
The total fee for the program for the fall 2015/spring 2016 season is $1,205.00, including the $175.00 tryout fee which is applied to your total program fees.
The first installment of $515.00 will be due upon registering your acceptance on or before July 1, 2015.
The second installment of $515.00 will be due October 1, 2015.
Fees will be assessed for late payments and withdrawals from the program.
4. ACCEPTANCE PAPERWORK SUBMISSION DAY, JUNE 26, 2015 at the BEDFORD MIDDLE SCHOOL 5:00 - 7:00 PM
Paperwork, as outlined on the Forms Page under the TRAVEL top tab, can be delivered in the following ways:
1. (PREFERRED) email
with attachments: picture in jpeg, medical release form and other required material in pdf.
2. hard copy of required paperwork dropped off at Acceptance Paperwork collection day, Friday Jund 26, Bedford Middle School 5 - 7 PM.
3. hard copy of required paperwork dropped off into the “IN” Bin (not mailbox) at 10 Saxon Lane (off Bridge Street) in Westport.The bin is located on the covered porch.
Specific materials must be provided by this date to insure your roster position. If you are waiting to accept the position until July you still must provide this material to insure your roster position is secure until then.
Hard copy Paperwork WILL NOT be accepted prior to Registration night.

You will receive an email stating that you have not been offered a roster spot. If not placed on a travel roster you can either receive a $125.00 refund of your Tryout fee or apply it to a Rec. registration. An administration fee of $50.00 is retained by the WSA for all players trying out for WSA Travel soccer.
